ECM is providing Project Management and Construction Management and Planning Services for the 2017 Jefferson Parish Road Bond Program involving Roadway, Pedestrian walkways, Bike Path and Bridge Improvements for numerous projects located on the East Bank of Jefferson Parish. This contract currently has over $208 million in construction projects and includes the design and construction of roadways & bridges, including associated drainage and utilities improvements/relocations, canal stabilization, and box culvert construction. sheet pile installation, R.O.W. acquisitions, traffic modeling and studies, street lighting and Smart Street Program etc.
