Blake is a licensed Professional Engineer with over a decade of experience in civil engineering, construction administration, and client relations. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (December 2012), Blake began his career in the road design section at Fenstermaker and Associates in Baton Rouge.
In 2015, he joined the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) as an Assistant Project Engineer in District 61, later advancing to Project Engineer in 2017, where he oversaw construction administration throughout East Baton Rouge Parish.
In 2019, Blake joined ECM, providing construction engineering and inspection services for LADOTD and the City of Baton Rouge. Two years later, he relocated to Lafayette to help establish ECM’s Lafayette Office, where he currently manages projects across Lafayette, Lake Charles, and Baton Rouge for a range of public and private clients.
A Lafayette native, Blake is married to Ali Robin Guidry, and together they have two daughters, Allison and Anna. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family and LSU athletics.
