Office Manager

Alexa joined ECM Consultants, Inc. in 2024 and quickly moved from Administrative Assistant to Office Manager. She keeps the office running smoothly — handling document control, certifications, equipment, facility maintenance, inventory, proposals and HR support. Alexa loves the variety in her day and the great people she gets to work with.

Before joining ECM, she spent six years as General Manager of the Joy Theater, where she started as Operations Coordinator and worked her way up. She oversaw all aspects of operations, events, and marketing for the 1,200-person venue, developing creative strategies that boosted sales and guest satisfaction.

A proud St. Mary’s Dominican High School alum, Alexa enjoys working close to home and being part of a supportive team. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom to her Ragin’ Cajun son at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
