ECM is providing the Building Condition Assessments for 311 residential homes and 8 commercial buildings in the parishes of Cameron, Calcasieu and Vermillion of Southwest Louisiana for the Corps of Engineers- Rock Island District under Task Order-1 of this contract. The contract includes the Building Condition Assessments of 3262 buildings. The project involves Structural Condition Assessment, Finished Floor Elevation Surveying, a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Cultural Assessment for each structure.
